Koru Land

This precast pebble mosaic of 2.4m in daimeter was installed at the new Mangere Arts Centre in Mangere.Auckland. The arts centre was officially opened by the Auckland mayor Len Brown on September 3, 2010.

The mosaic depicts multitude of Korus which are integral part of Maori art suggesting a new life with strength and peace.The central flower is a Frangipani flower the most famous flower of South Pacific.
